At DP CleanTech (DP), our goal is to create a cleaner, more sustainable future by transforming waste into renewable energy and advancing innovative solutions for a circular economy. Our mission is ‘Creating Value from Waste’, and as a global provider of waste-to-energy solutions for heat, power and liquid fuels, our core business revolves around making measurable positive contributions to the circular economy, cutting greenhouse gas emissions, and delivering sustainable value to our partners, employees, and society.   
 
We believe that environmental responsibility, social equity, and strong governance are not only essential to our success but fundamental to delivering long-term value for our stakeholders and future generations.
 
Our ambition is to lead the global transition towards sustainable energy and resource efficiency, driving positive impact across our industry and beyond, delivering our products in a way that aligns with key UN Sustainable Development Goals and other recognised guidelines for sustainable business development.
   
Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies reflect this ambition, and our plans to support these policies contain specific goals and targets, progress against which are tracked and reported in our Annual Sustainability Report. 
 
Environment
The way in which we operate our business must reflect the circular economy principles upon which our business is built. Our operations are structured to both reduce our impact on the environment and protect our natural resources and reflected in our Environmental policy commitments to reduce Energy and Emissions, improve Waste Management; promote Environmental Protection and Biodiversity. 
 
  • We work to identify and implement only those solutions that will be environmentally sustainable and operationally and economically successful, providing long term benefits to local communities. 
  • We seek to reduce our environmental impact in the production and delivery of our solutions through deploying energy efficient technologies and waste reduction measures, improving our use of water resources and reducing our carbon emissions. 
  • Our operations adhere to international standards of product quality, environment and health and safety, with targets to improve the quality and biodiversity of the local environment.
  • We work only with suppliers and subcontractors that meet these same commitments.
  • At our major facilities we work with local communities to support environmental initiatives. 
 
Social
DP CleanTech Group directly employs around 100 people around the world from diverse cultures and backgrounds, and the wellbeing of our employees, business partners and the communities in which we operate is fundamental to our success. Our Social policies commit us to complying with regional and international laws and regulations, observing Human and Labour rights (including Anti Slavery); protecting the Health and Safety of employees, business partners and local communities; promoting a Diverse and Inclusive workforce and practicing employee engagement.

Governance 
Transparency, credibility, and trust are fundamental to the way we do business at DP. This means that we will comply, at a minimum, with international best practice to maintain the integrity of our business and act as a good corporate citizen. Our Governance commitments are enshrined in our policies that cover Ethics; Business Conduct; Labour and Human Rights (including Anti Slavery); Corporate Finance and Whistleblower Policies for our employees, suppliers and business partners.   
 
  • Conform to international standards of financial reporting and tax transparency, anti-bribery and extortion. 
  • Maintain responsible procurement practices, prioritizing suppliers who share our overall sustainability and other policy commitments.
  • Conduct due diligence of business partners to understand the risks and mitigate them within parameters of local law and international standards.
  • Prohibit corrupt practices and conflicts of interest at all levels of employee and at a corporate level.
  • Providing an anonymous whistleblower channel to report misconduct, fraud or other potentially criminal activities.
