DP CleanTech is an expert in all aspects of biomass and waste to energy combustion. To ensure that we remain at the forefront of the industry, our approach is twofold. Our expertise and development efforts extend across the whole value chain, from initial feasibility studies and fuel logistics, to automation and emissions control technology. 

Through an ongoing programme of continuous improvement with our customers we are constantly extending our knowledge and refining our technology. Our substantial and varied customer base in China provides many opportunities to progress our expertise, and subsequent developments are enabled through our design and engineering hubs in Europe and Asia. 

We are also constantly reviewing new or changing market requirements across the environmental management spectrum in order to identify, develop or refine innovative or complementary solutions with research institutions and new technology partners

CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) Software

The key to designing a biomass power plant with superior performance is to master the main design data, such as thermal calculations and internal combustion conditions of the boiler. With increasing variety in types and characteristics of fuels there is a need for flexibility in boilers. DP CleanTech’s simulation labs in China and Denmark use CFD software to accurately simulate boiler combustion behaviour. The technology has enabled us to achieve breakthroughs in realizing optimum fuel mixes and mastering the technology and fabrication of high temperature corrosion resistant materials, as well as improving the service life for high temperature heat surfaces.
