Water Cooled Vibrating Grate
DP’s Water Cooled Vibrating Grate (WCVG) is a grate technology and component integral to the DP boiler product range. Developed specifically for the high efficiency firing of biomass at the lowest possible emission rates, the Water Cooled Vibrating Grate is a highly reliable and proven technology which has been refined and optimized by DP through many years of operational experience and pioneering modifications. It has been fully integrated with DP’s patented combustion system to produce the most efficient High Pressure, High Temperature straw-fired boiler technology in the world.
The Water Cooled Vibrating Grate is a well-established grate system that provides an intermittent vibration for conveying and distributing fuel evenly, and continuous discharge of fuel ash. It is particularly suited to biomass fuels and has a very efficient carbon burnout rate, which allows an increase in over-fire air, and a subsequent reduction in the amount of thermal NOx created. It has few moving parts, and therefore has low maintenance requirements.
Heat exchanger
DP CleanTech’s heat exchanger product line is developed for a broad scope of application within the area of energy plants and industrial use. The design is developed according to a flexible modular system which is easily assembled and adapted to find the optimum technical and financial solution. The heat exchangers are specially calculated and dimensioned according to your requirements.
Feedwater preheater ECO
By adding a feedwater preheater to boiler installations the consumption of fuel can be reduced considerably. The return water to the boiler is led through the feedwater heater in order to achieve the optimum yield by using excess heat from the flue gas.
Condensing heat exchanger for gas boilers/engines/turbines
By using a condensing heat exchanger it is possible to run at full-condensing operation with a cooling below the flue gas dewpoint.
Air preheater steam/water
The heat exchanger can be used as an air preheater if an increase in temperature for the process air is desired. The coolant can be warm water and condensing steam. This is often used for preheating combustion air, heating process air and for drying chambers.
