Michal joined DP in 2008 and is currently Head of Production in our Jędrzejów facility. Michal has an Engineering background and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He holds an MSc Eng, and a BSc in Business Psychology - a range of knowledge which provides invaluable insights to the Management team.

He has been instrumental in setting up and developing DP’s Services business and manufacturing facility according to Lean standards, for which he holds the Black Belt certification. It now has the capability to design, manufacture, install and commission equipment for DP and third-party clients. 

A Polish national, Michal is fluent in Polish and English and is based in Jędrzejów.
