DP CleanTech and JOULON, a KKR portfolio company have entered a strategic partnership to focus on the emerging prospects in the waste management and environmental services industry. At a time of fundamental change in the global economy and renewed momentum on climate issues, the industry is undergoing a significant shift, presenting opportunities to streamline and redefine the sector.
The move brings together JOULON’s depth and breadth of expertise in life cycle asset management (LCAM) services and DP’s technologies, capabilities and long-established knowledge and presence in the industry. The collaboration will explore new ways to create value in the waste management industry.
