The second biomass energy project between DP and CESEC is located in Xingtang Economic Zone, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. On 13th June 2018, the hydraulic test was successfully completed. The hydraulic test marks the completion of the boiler heating surface and piping system installation, and ensures the correct basis for operation. After this hydraulic test, the auxiliary equipment will be installed.
The Xingtang project uses DP’s advanced 130tph biomass energy solution which including the HTHP boiler, water cooled vibrating grate, fuel handling system and other auxiliaries. This 30MWe project is designed to consume up to 300,000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste to generate up to 240 Mwh green power and supply distributed heating to an area of 1.3milllion m2 per year.
Since the strategic cooperation and collaboration agreement in 2016, DP and CESEC have cooperated on 3 biomass energy projects. The first projects (Anping power plant) has put in operation since last year; the contract for the third project (Baixiang porject) was signed in April 2018.
