Requirements:

1.    The applicant is expected to have master degree and a pH.D.  in engineering within the field of thermal energy systems. 

2.    The applicant should have published papers within the field of thermal engineering.

3.    The applicant must be fluent in Chinese and English (oral and in writing).

4.    The applicant should have international experience either through studying at university outside China or having held a job or post doc position outside China.

Responsibilities:

1.      The technical support and technical communication of the biomass boiler island with Sales department;

2.      In charge of boiler’s scheme and performance design, estimate and provide technical risk of the biomass boiler island;

3.      Familiar with performance calculation of boiler, such as the calculation of heating, smoke and wind, vapour, cycle of water, temperature;

4.      Biomass boiler island layout

5.      Accomplish PID and PFD of biomass boiler island;

6.      Selection of boiler island accessories;

7.      Organize the preparation of tender specification of the biomass boiler island, Organization signs the technical agreement；

8.      Communication with the company's other departments, the owner and design institute for the contract, and coordination of the implementation stage of technical design issues

 

          Requirements:

 

1.      Thermal energy and power engineering major or thermal energy related , bachelor or above in the regular university

2.      Must have working experience in the boiler plant or power industry; (Senior level: work experience (10 years+),   middle level (5 years+), junior level (3 year+));

3.      Familiar with the design principles of boiler components and materials used，and related criterion of discipline;

4.      Familiar with the performance and equipment principles of power plants and boiler island;

5.      Skilled user of graphics and office software;

6.      Good commend of communication skill, team work spirit and creativity;

7.      Has a good command of English to be able to prepare tender documents in English, oral fluency preferred;

8.      Experience in power plant is preferred;

9.      Master degree or above is preferred;

Project supervisor of Boiler plant, chief engineer in design institute is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1.  Explore new business opportunities, and develop and maintain an effective business network including relationship with customers, related government authorities, industrial communities, and electric power design institute;

2.  Market intelligence and analysis, and assist in developing sales strategy and plans;

3.  Lead the bidding process including preparation of all bidding documents;

4.  Lead contract negotiations and signing;

5.  Project execution support.

Requirements:

1.  3-5 yrs sales experiences in power industry, able to complete project development, negotiation independently, and familiar with industry market and take action;

2.  Have hands on experience in bidding process, participated in bidding relevant work for key projects;

3.  Strong knowledge of boiler, mechanical and engineering, sales channel of electric power design institute will be advantaged;

4.  Willing to travel and have good interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills;

5.  Skilled in computer software, such as outlook, word, excel, ppt etc.;

6.  English communication skill is preferred.

Main Tasks
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

1. The senior process engineer will organize the overall biomass power plant process design including fuel handling system, boiler island, flue gas cleaning system, steam turbine island, piping (including sizing, material selection, routing, stess analysis, hanger/support design etc.), and balance of plant (BOP).
2. The senior process engineer will direct the activities of other mechanical/process engineers on the project, coordinate design efforts with all other groups on the job, and maintain job records.
3. The senior process engineer will be responsible for plant layout, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specification and sizing, data sheets, , vendor data review and key documents such as scope of work, design criteria, man-hour estimates and schedules, pipe/valve list, material takeoff (MTO), etc.
4. The senior process engineer shall be able to perform overall plant heat and mass balance, water balance, emission calculation.
5. The senior process engineer will be responsible for coordinating Design Institutes' work and reviewing their detail design drawings.
6. The senior process engineer will also involve evaluating vendor bids for all mechanical equipment.
7. The senior process engineer is responsible for developing and coordinating work schedules to ensure cost, quality and time objectives are met; developing and recommending improvements in design standards; investigating, advising and resolving complex design and field engineering problems; providing technical guidance to advise and instruct the project team.

Qualifications:
1. 8+years engineering experiences of power plant process and piping design.
2. B. Eng. Or higher degree major in Thermal Power or Thermal Energy Engineering.
3. In-depth knowledge of all aspects of power plant design. Know well the Chinese and international Codes, Standards and Regulations.
4. Solid verbal and written communication skills (both in Chinese and in English), strong organizational abilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks are integral to this role.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is required.
6. Work experience in Design institute is preferred.
7. International engineering experience is beneficial.
8. PDMS modeling experience is an asset.
9. EPC experience is an asset.
10. Supervisory and project management skills are assets.
